On every product page you’ll see the current availability, the stock location, and future availability so you can order your solar PV, storage, or heating system and receive delivery the next working day. Clever forecasting, over 20 years of experience in renewable energy has given our team the ability to ensure we have all the stock you need, when you want it, so you can complete your projects on time.

Yes, you can find everything online 24/7 – there’s a wealth of information on the Segen customer portal from brochures, datasheets, product specifications, installation manuals, warranty documents, guides, design tools and configurators. Live stock levels, quotes and account information, invoices and design tools, the portal has it all!

Also, Segen customers are assigned dedicated team members to assist with everything they need. There’s a Sales Manager who has a huge amount of product and industry knowledge, and the Order Processor who handles the logistics of the deliveries and makes sure they go smoothly. There’s a Technical Support Engineer on hand to help with any before, during, and post installation enquiries, and for any finance enquiries there’s an expert on hand to keep accounts on track.

There are warranties available on all Segen products, and you can find out more and download warranty documents on the customer portal product pages.

Often free extended warranties are available if products are registered online with manufacturers but also, extended warranties are available to purchase from Segen or the manufacturer directly, offering peace of mind to installer and system owner.

There are always great package deals available from Segen with discounts on inverters, batteries and accessories. There’s a Clearance section where you can find end-of-line bargains and you’ll find special offers from our top manufacturers on this page.

Also, there’s a 7-day price lock on quotes and an Early Shipping Discount as a reward for having shipments confirmed in advance.

Yes, you can collect orders from our warehouse in Dar es Salaam. Whatever size it might be from a set of stickers to a container of modules.

Segen Solar Market Survey Competition – Terms & Conditions

1.Promoter

This competition is promoted by Segen Solar (Pty) Ltd, with registered offices in South Africa. All queries regarding the competition can be directed to marketing@segensolar.tz.

2.Eligibility

  • The competition is open to individuals who:
    • Are 18 years or older
    • Are residents or business operators in South Africa
    • Are existing or prospective solar installers, resellers, or industry stakeholders
  • Employees of Segen Solar (Pty) Ltd, its affiliates, partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • Complete the Segen Solar Market Survey using the official Typeform link.
  • Each fully completed section of the survey will count as one (1) entry into the draw for aged stock or product credit giveaways.
  • To qualify for the grand prize of R15,000 in Segen Credit, participants must:
    • Complete all sections of the survey
    • Submit valid contact details at the end of the survey
    • Accept the Terms & Conditions and consent to data use

4.Prizes

  • Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive R15,000 in Segen Solar Credit, to be used on future purchases from Segen Solar within 60 days of issue.
  • Spot Prizes: Additional winners may receive aged stock or credit vouchers as spot prizes, allocated randomly based on entries.
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or negotiable.

5.Winner Selection & Notification

  • The competition closes on Wednesday, August 7th 2024.
  • Winners will be randomly selected and verified by the Segen Solar marketing team.
  • The main prize winner will be notified by email or telephone within 5 working days of the draw.
  • If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Segen Solar reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.Use of Personal Information

  • By entering the competition, you agree that your personal data may be used by Segen Solar for:
    • Verifying eligibility and prize delivery
    • Market analysis to improve services
    • Future contact only if you have opted in
  • All data will be processed in accordance with South Africa’s POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act).
  • You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing marketing@segensolar.tz.

7.General

  • Segen Solar reserves the right to:
    • Cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary
    • Disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate these terms
  • The promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • Participation in the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

8.Disclaimer

Segen Solar will not be liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted. Prizes are issued in good faith and Segen Solar cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.
